You’re in bed, watching your favorite TV show or reading a few chapters of that book that's been on your bedside table, and suddenly you realize that something’s missing. You’re not satisfied and your tummy is telling you to hit the kitchen.

Here are some of our faves:
But not all frozen fruits. We’re not talking about freezing whole watermelons here. Pop some bananas or grapes into the freezer, and you’ll have a bedtime snack that doubles as a healthy alternative to some of the guilty pleasures on this list!

A bowl of ice cream just might be our favorite bedtime snack ever. Although if you share the bed with somebody, you’ll need to bring two bowls – because we all know our partner will always want “just a taste.”
Side note: Ice cream cones are a terrible idea for a bedtime snack.
APPLES AND PEANUT BUTTER
Really anything with peanut butter is delicious.
Nothing is better than lying back and enjoying the airy, crunchy goodness of popcorn, especially when you combine it with a good movie.
COOKIES AND MILK
No real explanation needed here. Dunk those cookies and enjoy. Sweet dreams!
